Readiness

Visibility into present-moment capacity
under pressure

Readiness governs whether individuals or groups are currently capable of performing their roles safely, reliably, and as expected under present conditions.

Report Delivery: Participant results are delivered as a single password-protected PDF containing summary information only. Index reports are delivered in the same password-protected PDF format. Reports are not available for online viewing through any browser, app, video, TV, mobile device, or computer screen interface.

SECTION 1 — Understanding Readiness Exposure

Readiness exposure emerges when current capacity is assumed rather than observed. Experience, credentials, and historical performance may indicate capability, but they do not reliably reflect present conditions such as accumulated load, fatigue, or shifting operational demand.

  • Normalized fatigue or overload
  • Deployability assumptions based on past performance
  • Reduced safety margins during peak demand
  • Exposure that remains hidden until an inflection point
SECTION 2 — What the Readiness Assessment Surfaces

The Readiness assessment surfaces summary-level signals related to present-moment capacity without diagnosing, interpreting, or prescribing action.

  • Current load and perceived capacity signals
  • Readiness stability under pressure
  • Factors influencing near-term role performance
  • Visibility into conditions that may affect safe deployability
SECTION 3 — Indexing & Organizational Visibility

In high-responsibility environments, readiness is rarely binary. Indexing preserves proportionality by allowing critical signals to influence visibility when they must, without overstating isolated variation.

Customer-facing Core Readiness Index reports are delivered as password-protected PDFs containing aggregate and summary-level information only, with no individual participant data disclosed.
